Does your space needs a refresh? You don't need to spend a lot of money, go big, or go bold to bring some personality to the room. Small decorative items can provide a big aesthetic and uplift any interior. Here's how:
Pillows
Colored textiles are a great way to add charm, especially throw pillows. Perk things up and add a couple of brightly colored pillows to your sofa or bed, the room will feel brand new!
Framed Photos
We tend to not print photos anymore, but it's one design move that can make a great decorative impact. Framing family photos, or any photo you love, adds a personal and meaningful touch that can't be store-bought.
Real or faux, greenery is the way to go if you're looking to infuse life into your space. Although real plants are usually preferred, they can get pricey — especially if you don't have a green thumb. Faux plants create a modern, organic space just as well. Empty corners are a great place to place them!
Small Sculptures
Make your bookshelf or tabletop pop with a small, colorful sculpture that brings life to the room. Use anything from small vintage pieces, to ceramics, or even a souvenir from a trip.
