GBI Homes hired me to work on this project in Plymouthfor the spring 2018 Parade of Homes tour. The project had a very aggressive schedule which was both challenging and a lot of fun! This was the first project I worked on for the builder. I look forward to working with them again in the future!

ABOUT THE DESIGNER
My name is Kirstin Adolfson. I graduated from the University of Minnesota with a Bachelor of Science Degree. I spent the next 15 years working in marketing and communications. Even though I loved what I was doing, I didn't feel like I was following my true passion. Once my son was old enough, I went back to school for Interior Design and received an Associates in Applied Science Degree from an accredited school. I have been in business for over 10 years.
I absolutely love what I do. There isn't a better feeling than creating a home for a client that truly exemplifies who they are as a person and as a family.
A home is where all the important things in life happen! It’s where you raise your kids, celebrate, take comfort, and create memories.
My home has always been my own creative canvas. Because I haven't had an endless budget, I've learned how to make beautiful spaces without spending tons of money.
I'm now designing shoppable on-line design boards and other fun on-line things. I'm no longer working as an in person designer but is very excited to be starting this next chapter.
